Does confidentiality erase all my shipment data?
No. The service focuses on identifying information in U.S. vessel-manifest records. Cargo descriptions and other shipment details can remain visible. Outcomes vary by request and data source, and historical copies may persist.
Do I need an exposure review before signing up?
No. You can start protection directly. If you prefer to understand your current exposure first, request a private review and an analyst will review available records and send findings privately.
What if my company appears under several names?
We review names and likely variations against the legal entity. Similar wording does not automatically establish coverage. An additional legal entity requires its own $299 activation, including entities added under Pro.
When does the monthly charge begin?
The first 30 days of ongoing management are included with activation. Monthly billing begins automatically on day 31 at $79 for Basic or $199 for Pro. Each added legal entity requires its own $299 activation.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel ongoing management anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current service period. Activation becomes non-refundable once that entity’s confidentiality request is submitted to CBP. The Service Policy sets out the full terms.
